Main Responsibilities:	Consulting of customers on Mortgage loans terms and conditions; Appointment and meeting execution with customers for a loan application/documents for mortgage deals execution receiving; Customers consulting on steps required to be done for mortgage loan issuance depending on condition precedents; Insurance companies, Appraisal companies, Real Estate agencies and Mortgage Brokers, Notary Bureau cooperation with regard to mortgage deals execution; Analysis of object pledge documents; Agreements preparation for a mortgage deal execution; Mortgage deals execution; Mortgage deals closing; Assistance to clients during Mortgage loans existence.
Experience and skills:	A minimum of 1 year should have been spent in a mortgage specialist position with a Russian/foreign bank; Excellent knowledge of Russian legislation requirements for mortgage and retail loans; Excellent knowledge of mortgage process; Higher education in economics or legal; Intermediate or good written and spoken English. Should be able to provide customer service in English; Ability to face and successfully overcome stressful working conditions is a must; High communicative skills and aspiration for personal enhancement.
