Operations Analyst

Position name:	Operations Analyst

Reporting line formal:	Operations Control and Reconciliation Head
Main Responsibilities:	To ensure appropriate planning takes place while new products, processes launch; Cooperation with Operations unit heads and business to ensure automation requirements are defined with effective consideration of enhancement cost and processing efforts; Optimization of resources through reducing of time needed for processing and elimination of excess items; Automation of manually processed operational items; Development and maintenance of the department reporting process; Ongoing capacity analysis to ensure business processes are supported by Operations with maximum productivity.
Experience and skills:	KNOWLEDGE University degree; Fluent Russian and English; PC literate including Excel expertise knowledge, database developing (Visual Basic) EXPERIENCE Experience in banking related at least to one of the following: project management, resource planning, business development, information management will be a plus; Knowledge of banking accounting and/ or banking operations, banking internal business-processes, banking products; Experience in documents preparation, schemes and charts creation, procedures writing. SKILLS Good analytical skills; Good communication and team working skills; Creativity, eagerness for innovations, ability for permanent learning; Multi-tasking skills.
