| Main Responsibilities: |
Payroll Sales Relationship Managers responsible for daily sales and service functions for the Payroll products in accordance with HSBC's procedures and Bank of Russia's requirements.
- To lead the process of new to Bank customer acquisition through sales of complex proposition to corporate and open market customers;
- To achieve sales targets on monthly basis ensure effective execution methods;
- Ensure post-sales support for payroll companies;
- To supervise all processes associated with application collection, necessary documents submission from company to bank;
- To make presentations on banking products in current payroll companies on regular basis;
- To solve service problems of payroll companies.

| Experience and skills: |
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience with a Russian/foreign bank;
- Sales projects implementation experience, managing sales experience is a plus;
- Good knowledge of Bank of Russia regulations, financial and banking;
- Client service and top management liaisons experience;
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, strong problem-solving skills;
- Good working level of English; should be able to provide customer service in English;
- PC advanced user: MS Office, banking systems.
