| Experience and skills: |
- Thorough knowledge of PCM products and services, good understanding of the PCM market, trends, developments and competition offering;
- At least 5 years PCM sales experience proven by a range of high value complex successful wins;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong sales and marketing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills, management skills;
- Comfortable and confident for pitching PCM proposition at the level of corporate treasurers and finance directors;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, deal with complex issues and to exercise sound judgement in decision-making;
- Administrative efficiency and excellent time management;
- High standards of service, willingness to be flexible and ability to multi-task;
- Able to build and maintain good working relationships in-country and across borders;
- Fluent English.
