You'll also enjoy a maximum up to 50-days grace period, allowing you to plan
ahead and manage your cash flow more easily.

24-hour Global Emergency Assistance

HSBC credit cards are accepted in 24 million locations around the globe. In case of emergency be sure HSBC will provide you with emergency financial assistance.

If you find yourself abroad with no card or cash, just call our Lost and Stolen line on +7 (495) 645 4500 and we will take care of canceling your card immediately and provide the most convenient emergency assistance solution for you.

• If you are in a location where there are HSBC branches, our emergency encashment service will be available to you. This service is provided within your available accounts balance.
• If your credit card has been lost, we will issue you an emergency replacement credit card with the support of MasterCard International. An emergency replacement card will be delivered to you within the next 24 hours and will be valid for purchases. The emergency replacement card is issued with the same credit limit as the lost card.

Holders of additional cards enjoy the same range of financial support in an emergency.

For extra security, you can take out our Life due to accident and illness insurance program for credit card holders, ensuring your payments are taken care of if the worst happens and you are unable to make your payments in the event of permanent disability or death.

Additional credit cards

We can supply members of your family or friends with up to 2 additional HSBC credit cards, offering exactly the same level of international acceptance and emergency assistance*.

What you get with the HSBC credit card

You can apply** for our HSBC MasterCard Gold and HSBC MasterCard Standard credit cards, with a limit of 350 000 rubles for the HSBC MasterCard Gold and 150 000 rubles for the HSBC MasterCard Standard credit card, and a minimum 10% repayment on both.

The Bank may require additional documents to be provided.

Our branches are open from 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 11am to 5pm on Saturdays (except public holidays).
