In case of emergency, be sure HSBC will provide you with financial emergency assistance.

If you find yourself abroad with no card or cash, just call our Lost and Stolen line on +7 (495) 645 4500 in Moscow or +7 (812) 313 6320 in Saint-Petersburg and we will cancel your card immediately and provide the most convenient emergency assistant solution for you.

• If you are in a location where there are HSBC branches, our emergency encashment service will be available to you. This service is provided within your available account balance.
• If your credit card has been lost, we will issue you an emergency replacement credit card with the support of MasterCard International. An emergency replacement card will be delivered to you within 24 hours and will be valid for purchases. The emergency replacement card is issued with the same credit limit as the lost card.

Holders of additional cards enjoy the same range of financial support in an emergency.
