Position name: Branch Customer Service Representative
Department name: Personal Financial Services
Reporting line formal: Branch Manager
Main Responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for building relationship with both new and existing customers;
  • Providing a professional service which exceeds clients’ expectations;
  • Consulting clients on all banking products and services, assisting in choosing proper financial solutions;
  • Making transactions required by customers.
Experience and skills:
  • An enthusiasm and passion for making the difference in the marketplace through delivering great service;
  • A strong desire to work in a customer service area;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Good English language skills (intermediate+);
  • Higher education;
  • Prior experience in a service area is an advantage.
