Main Responsibilities:	Promoting global HSBC brand in Russia; Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategy; Responsible for direct client’s acquisition; Strong focus on internal communications and external communications with mass media; Strong focus on events; Managing global Group initiatives in Russia; Managing the team.
Experience and skills:	5 years experience in marketing communications is a must; 2 years experience in financial industry is a must (banking, insurance, investment); Strong experience in corporate communications (internal and external communications) is a plus; Experience as a group leader in a must; Experience in leading foreign and top 10 Russian banks is a plus; Deep knowledge of marketing techniques and marketing tools; Good understanding of financial market; Finance / economics / marketing / journalistic / linguistic / general management education; Enthusiastic, excellent communication skills, flexible, ability to learn, excellent project manager, self-dependent.
