| Main Responsibilities: |
- The delivery of effective MI on daily/weekly/monthly basis;
- Analytical support to improve decision making;
- Monitoring of customer acquisition, retention and cross sell;
- Monitoring of data accuracy in bank systems.

| Experience and skills: |
KNOWLEDGE
- Good knowledge of data manipulation, modelling, planning, forecasting and reporting techniques (SQL and VBA are mandatory required – at least beginning level);
- IT awareness (particularly of CRM);
- Knowledge of Retail banking;
- Wide level of business awareness (gained by experience in a variety of roles);
- Intermediate level of English.
EXPERIENCE
- Extensive experience in a variety of performance analysis related roles;
- Front-line banking experience – desirable.
