Sales Team Leader

Position name: Sales Team Leader
Department name: Payments & Cash Management
Reporting line formal: Head of Payments & Cash Management
Main Responsibilities:
  • Driving PCM business growth proactively hunting for new and penetrating existing customers;
  • Owning and leading effective sales management process through dynamic calling schedule;
  • Producing PCM sale pitches and responses to Requests for Proposal;
  • Managing in-country PCM sales team through setting up KPIs and closely monitoring the performance;
  • Encouraging PCM leads generation by joining up with the GB/CMB RMs and regional PCM sales teams, keeping them advised on PCM capabilities and enhancements;
  • Keep PCM product management regularly updated of voice of the customer, new product requirements and market trends.
Experience and skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of PCM products and services, good understanding of the PCM market, trends, developments and competition offering;
  • At least 5 years PCM sales experience proven by a range of high value complex successful wins;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills, management skills;
  • Comfortable and confident for pitching PCM proposition at the level of corporate treasurers and finance directors;
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, deal with complex issues and to exercise sound judgement in decision-making;
  • Administrative efficiency and excellent time management;
  • High standards of service, willingness to be flexible and ability to multi-task;
  • Able to build and maintain good working relationships in-country and across borders;
  • Fluent English.
